The End of The School Year is Almost Here!

We are getting so close to the end of the school year, and more importantly the beginning of summer and the beginning of the new season! Before that is here there are a couple of things to get done!

1. Complete your KSHSAA Physical and turn in by June 1. The KSHSAA Physical should be turned into the SME Main Office.

2. Complete your SMSD Concussion Form and turn in by June 1.

The SMSD Concussion Form should be turned into the SME Main Office.

3. Complete your SMSD Transportation Release and turn in by June 1.

The SMSD Transportation Release should be turned into the SME Main Office.

4. Complete the SME Cheer Athlete and Parent Information Form by May 10.

The google form is short and should not take long. Please answer all questions!

5. Make payment in the link provided during fittings by May 13.

This is the Varsity spirit payment that is done in their website portal.

We are so excited to begin the new year! Be careful to watch the dates that items need to be completed by.
